The Civil Defense Department at the HMCDC holds a traditional daily morning roll call for students.

During the roll call, student attendance, appearance, and readiness for the start of the school day are checked. Particular attention is paid to fostering a sense of responsibility, organization, and discipline, which are essential qualities for future professionals.

Strict adherence to discipline is one of the key principles of the department’s educational and formative work. The college aims not only to equip students with the necessary professional knowledge, but also to instill in them a sense of civic responsibility, patriotism, respect for social values, and a willingness to serve their country faithfully.
