On October 28, 2026, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College hosted a joint viewing of the live broadcast of the address by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to the people of Kazakhstan.

            The college president, Kasym Sh.Zh., the director, S.Zh. Turarov, the deputy directors, faculty members, and students of the college attended the viewing.

            The participants familiarized themselves with the main provisions of the Address, the country’s key development directions, and the priority tasks outlined by the Head of State.

            The joint viewing provided an opportunity for faculty and students to obtain up-to-date information on Kazakhstan’s development plans and prospects, as well as to reflect on the significance of these tasks for society and the future of the younger generation.
