On October 19, 2026, the Civil Defense Department at the HMCDC held a ceremony dedicated to Rescuer Day in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

            The highlight of the event was the administration of the Rescuer’s Oath to first- and second-year students. This is an important step toward their future profession, symbolizing their readiness to serve society, demonstrate courage, and take responsibility for people’s lives and safety.
