The Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College hosted a dialogue session with second-year students aimed at fostering a positive attitude toward life, developing resilience, building skills for constructively overcoming difficult life situations, and encouraging students to seek help in a timely manner.
The event was attended by district inspectors from the Juvenile Police Division of the Kokshetau City Police Department, Police Captains Olzhas Maratovich Aitpaev and Asemgul Gabitovna Sabirova.
Police officers explained to the students where to turn in difficult life situations, emphasized the importance of seeking help in a timely manner, and provided contact phone numbers. They also discussed specific provisions of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s administrative and criminal laws, as well as the consequences of committing offenses.
Such meetings help improve young people’s legal literacy, foster safe behavior, and reinforce the understanding that in difficult situations, it is important not to face a problem alone but to seek support in a timely manner.
