On September 22, 2026, as part of the seventh day of the national campaign “10 Days on the Job,” HMCDC organized a session for students to learn from industrial experience.

            A survey of students was conducted to assess the practical relevance of the knowledge they had acquired at the college and to identify their needs for additional professional skills.

            The survey examined issues related to the practical application of theoretical knowledge, the adequacy of professional training, the complexity of working with production equipment, the relevance of academic disciplines, and the need for additional training in modern technologies and production operations.

            Based on the survey results, key areas for improving students’ practical training were identified, and skills requiring further development in the educational process were pinpointed.
