On September 21, 2026, as part of the national campaign “10 Days on the Job,” the sixth day of the initiative was held, focused on exploring employers’ requirements for the professional training of future specialists.

            Representatives from various companies and experienced professionals were invited to the college to participate in an expert survey on the professional skills graduates need from their very first day on the job.

            During the event, participants discussed the use of modern technologies, software, and production equipment, and identified the key skills that need to be developed during the training process.

            Particular attention was paid to identifying professional skills that require further development and practical application.

            Based on the results of this work, an expert opinion from employers was compiled, which will be taken into account when improving the content of educational programs and organizing practical training for students.
