On September 18, 2026, at the HMCDC, as part of the “Adal enbek – Adal azamat” program, a legal seminar was held for faculty advisors during a meeting of the college’s Board of Advisors.

            The event was attended by G.Z. Shaikhina, Deputy Director for Student Affairs, and A.O. Koshkenova, Inspector for Crime Prevention.

            During the seminar, G.Z. Shaikhina spoke on the organization of a counselor’s educational work, highlighting the main areas of activity as well as the list of required documents and the requirements for their timely maintenance and submission.

            A.O. Koshkenova discussed the legal framework governing the interaction between educators and students and their parents, as well as issues related to conflict prevention and improving the legal literacy of those involved in the educational process. Particular attention was paid to the prevention of offenses, the avoidance of problematic situations, timely response, and effective interaction between guidance counselors and students and their parents.

            During the legal seminar, participants discussed current issues in guidance counseling, exchanged practical experiences, and received recommendations on organizing preventive and educational work.

            Holding such events helps improve the professional and legal competence of guidance counselors, strengthen collaboration among teachers, students, and parents, and foster a safe educational environment.
