On September 16, 2026, as part of the third day of the national campaign “10 Days on the Job,” students from the HMCDC conducted a detailed tour of a specialist’s workplace and a comprehensive analysis of the specialist’s professional activities.

            During the study, participants learned about the specifics of the workspace layout, the technical equipment used, and the modern digital software and technologies that the specialist utilizes in their daily work. Particular attention was paid to the main operational tasks performed by the specialist throughout the workday, as well as compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.

            Based on the results of the work carried out, all the information gathered was organized and summarized, and a “Professional Competency Map” was developed. It reflects the key knowledge, skills, abilities, and professional qualities required of a modern specialist to effectively perform their duties.

            Thus, this initiative not only provided an inside look at the profession but also helped form a comprehensive understanding of the requirements placed on specialists in today’s workplace. The results obtained help to better understand the specifics of the profession, assess the importance of professional competencies, and identify areas for further development and improvement of professional skills.
