“10 Days on the Job”

      On September 15, 2026, the HMCDC working group conducted a series of activities aimed at studying current production requirements and employer needs as part of the national campaign “10 Days on the Job.”

            The goal of the second day of the campaign was to examine the modern requirements employers place on specialists, as well as to determine the current and actual need of enterprises for qualified personnel.

            The following methods were used during the project:

  • visiting the company and familiarizing ourselves with the organization of the production process;
  • holding working meetings with company executives;
  • conducting interviews with human resources (HR) specialists;
  • surveying employer representatives;
  • an analysis of the company’s current and future needs for qualified personnel.

In the process of assessing the employer’s needs, the following were identified:

  • a list of in-demand specialists and qualifications;
  • key professional knowledge, abilities, and skills required to perform job duties;
  • professional competencies that are lacking among job applicants;
  • modern technologies and equipment used in production;
  • the level of professional training a graduate must possess to successfully adapt to and continue working at the company.

            The result of this work was the creation of a “Employer Requirements” chart, which outlines the company’s current requirements regarding the level of professional training, competencies, and practical skills expected of future specialists.
