On September 11, 2026, the library of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College hosted the “Tilim Menin – Mereyim!” public speaking contest as part of the “Balalar Kitaphanasy” project.

            Nine talented contestants took part in the competition, demonstrating expressive reading skills and a love for their native language and literature.

            Such events contribute to the development of a culture of reading, the realization of young people’s creative potential, and the strengthening of interest in the Kazakh language and national values.
