Dear students and faculty!
We invite you to participate in the large-scale national reading marathon “Reading Nation” - a project aimed at fostering a culture of reading, critical thinking, and a love of books.
A special track called “Reading College” has been created for college students.
Dates:
September 15, 2026 – April 2027
What do you need to do?
- Register on the project’s official website: reading-nation.kz
- When registering, select the “Reading College” track and your language league - Kazakh or Russian.
- Read 15 books from the approved list.
- Share your reviews of the books you’ve read.
- Complete the tests and quizzes provided by the project and participate in the qualifying rounds.
How are points awarded?
- 1 book read – 250 points
- Video review – +50 points
- Sticking to the reading schedule – +50 points
Participants can look forward to intellectual challenges, the chance to advance to the finals, receive diplomas, and compete for top prizes!
