On September 14, 2026, the HMCDC working group carried out extensive work as part of the national campaign “10 Days on the Job.” These activities are being implemented in accordance with a directive from the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan aimed at developing technical and vocational education.
In just one day, the working group succeeded in building a direct bridge between educational institutions and the real sector of the economy:
- Official launch of the partnership: strategic memorandums were signed and dual-track training agreements were concluded.
- Practical training: companies confirmed their readiness to accept students for internships, with qualified mentors assigned to them.
- Labor market analysis: Current job openings and the actual workforce needs of businesses have been thoroughly examined.
- Plans for the future: A clear, joint plan for further work has been developed.
This comprehensive approach makes it possible to train in-demand specialists who, immediately upon graduation, will be fully prepared for real-world work in the manufacturing sector.
