From September 8 to 9, 2026, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College held preventive meetings with first- and fourth-year students, with the participation of officers from the Police Department.

            The students heard presentations from Senior Investigator of Internal Affairs Agencies, Police Lieutenant Colonel Olzhas Serikovich Amangeldinov, and Investigator for the Directorate for Combating Organized Crime, Police Major Arman Amangeldievich Tatiev.

            As part of the event, a lecture was held on crime prevention, legal liability, and compliance with the law. The students were shown videos on these topics.

            An anonymous survey of students was also conducted to identify pressing issues and improve prevention efforts.

            The meeting took the form of an open dialogue. Such events help improve young people’s legal literacy, foster civic responsibility, and reinforce fundamental principles.
