As part of a working visit to the Akmola Region, Murat Mukhanov, Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unveiled the “Alley of Rescuers” in Kokshetau’s Central Park - a memorial dedicated to civil defense personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty.
The ceremony was attended by civil defense personnel, veterans, cadets from the Malik Gabdullin Academy, and representatives of local government agencies, organizations, and the business community.
The director of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College was awarded a certificate of honor at this event. For the college staff, this award is a significant milestone and a testament to the high regard in which their professional work and dedication are held.
