On September 1, 2026, at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College, group advisors held a joint advisory session on the topic: “Qazaqstan Respýblıkasynyń Konstıtýsıasy: Adal azamat, zerdeli ult jáne jaýapty qoǵam qalyptastyrýdyń negizi.”
During the event, students discussed the significance of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rights and responsibilities of citizens, and the role of each individual in building a responsible society.
