On May 19, 2026, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College hosted a seminar for first-year female students on the topic “Prevention of Unwanted Pregnancy. Sexually Transmitted Infections. Methods of Contraception.”

            The event was aimed at raising awareness among young people about maintaining reproductive health, preventing infectious diseases, and fostering a responsible attitude toward their health.

            The speakers were representatives from the Panacea Clinic: Chief Physician and pediatrician G.G. Zulkarnayeva and psychologist U.S. Amanbayeva. During the meeting, the specialists spoke to the students about preventive measures, modern methods of contraception, and the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

            The seminar took the form of an open dialogue, during which participants were able to ask questions and receive expert answers from the specialists.
