Serik Nurlybekovich Tanatbaev, a fourth-year student majoring in “Physical Education and Sports” at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College, won first place in the national competition “Best College Student.” The event was organized by the National Innovative Research Center “BILIM-ÓRKENIETI.”
Since his freshman year, Serik has demonstrated active civic engagement by participating in volunteer work, community events, and college sports activities. Thanks to his determination, sense of responsibility, and commitment to self-improvement, he represented his institution with distinction at the national level.
Following the competition, the winner was awarded a first-class diploma and a medal, which served as recognition of the student’s high level of training, leadership qualities, and professional potential.
