As part of efforts to promote legal literacy among students at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College, a seminar was held on the topic: “Youth Legal Culture as the Foundation of Responsible Citizenship Under the New Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”  

            The event aimed to explain constitutional norms through the analysis of practical situations, to develop students’ skills in applying these norms, and to foster a conscious civic stance among the student body.
