Еxpanded department meetings

      The Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College held expanded department meetings attended by college administrators, faculty members, representatives of the Academic Council, instructional specialists, psychologists, and vocational training instructors.

            During the meeting of the Civil Defense Department, key issues regarding the organization of the educational process, improving the quality of student training, and the implementation of modern educational technologies were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the department’s development prospects, the updating of educational programs, as well as the results of pedagogical, scientific, and educational work. R.T. Kadyrov, Head of the Civil Defense Department, chaired the meeting.

            An expanded meeting of the Pedagogical Disciplines Department was also held, chaired by Department Head G.Z. Nurbikenova. Participants reviewed the academic year, analyzed achievements, and outlined plans for the 2026-2027 academic year. Issues regarding the quality of teaching, curriculum updates, student attendance, and the effectiveness of academic advisors were discussed. The active involvement of students in research activities and the high level of publication activity among faculty members were noted.

            During the meeting of the Physical Education Department, led by Department Head M.K. Kokan, participants discussed the development of sports programs, improving students’ physical fitness, organizing competitions, and military-patriotic education. Participants exchanged experiences, proposed ways to improve the educational process, and approved a plan for future work.

            The activities of the Social and Economic Disciplines Department, led by Department Head O.M. Emelyanova, were reviewed for the 2025-2026 academic year. The department’s work focused on implementing educational programs, improving the quality of student training, and advancing research activities. The department brings together a qualified faculty and actively develops methodological, educational, and career guidance work with students.

            Overall, the department’s activities in the 2025-2026 academic year are aimed at improving the quality of education, developing research work, and fostering students’ professional competencies. Moving forward, the college staff plans to build on these achievements, implement innovative approaches, and raise the level of educational and research activities.
