On April 13, 2026, as part of the International Year of Volunteers, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College continues to implement socially significant initiatives aimed at developing the volunteer movement, fostering humanistic values, and supporting socially vulnerable groups.

            One of the key initiatives has been the development of cooperation with the Inva-Taxi service, which provides transportation assistance to people with disabilities.
