From March 25 to 29, 2026, the Republic of Kazakhstan’s “National Student League” Volleyball Championship for women’s teams was held at the “Zhaksy-1” sports complex in Shchuchinsk.

            The regional champions, the team from the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College, competed in Group B, where they faced strong opponents from Turkestan, Zhetysu, and the Atyrau Region. Displaying confident and coordinated play, our athletes took first place in the group and advanced to the quarterfinals.

            In the quarterfinals, the college team faced representatives from the Almaty Region and, in a tense battle, secured a 2-1 victory, earning a spot in the semifinals.

            In the semifinal match, as determined by the draw, our volleyball team faced the Karaganda Region team and secured a confident 2-0 victory, thereby advancing to the championship final.

            In the decisive match, the college team faced their rivals from the Aktobe Region. In a hard-fought battle, our athletes fell short, earning an honorable 2nd place in the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

            This result confirms the high level of training of the athletes, their team spirit, and the professionalism of the coaching staff.
