On March 12, 2026, the Pedagogical Disciplines Department of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College hosted an event called “Spring Restart. Thaw in the Soul,” organized by teachers B.K. Dyusenbina and E.V. Dashkovskaya.

            The main goal of the meeting was to bring the teaching staff together, relieve emotional tension, and create a warm spring atmosphere. As part of the program, participants took part in the game “Musical Drops,” the master class “Flower Compliment,” the art therapy session “Metaphorical Garden,” and the relaxation practice “Aromas of Memories.” The event concluded with a reflection exercise entitled “Letter to Myself in Summer.”

            The event took place in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere, giving participants positive emotions and a burst of springtime cheer. The organizers expressed their gratitude to the teachers for their active participation and wished their colleagues springtime warmth, harmony, and good spirits.
