Students from the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College took part in an anti-drug street campaign to prevent the use of “laughing gas.” The campaign was organized jointly with employees of the Anti-Drug Crime Division of the Akmola Region Police Department.
The event took place on the streets of the city and involved distributing information materials and holding explanatory talks with young people. Student volunteers handed out anti-drug information booklets containing recommendations and contact details for services that can be contacted for advice and assistance.
During the event, participants informed residents about the dangers of “laughing gas,” its negative impact on health, and possible legal consequences. Particular attention was paid to developing a conscious attitude toward one's health and personal responsibility for the decisions one makes.
