From February 19 to 20, 2026, competitions in Kazakh wrestling were held among technical, vocational, and post-secondary educational institutions in the Akmola region as part of the Sunqar City Spartakiad.

            The team from the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College demonstrated excellent preparation and confident play, taking first place among six teams in the overall team standings.

            Winners and prize winners in individual competitions:

            1st place:

• Miras Toksanbayev (PB-42A) – in the 82 kg weight category;
• Rakhim Batyrkhan (TZh-31A) – in the 74 kg weight category;
• Abuzar Magzhan (TZh-41A) – in the 100+ kg weight category;

            2nd place:

• Kairat Ernur (TZh-11C B) – in the 55 kg weight category;
• Amir Tulebaev (FK-22B) – in the 66 kg weight category;

            3rd place:

• Zharylgas Mirasbek (EK-11) – in the 90 kg weight category;
• Mukhanbetzhanov Zharqyn (DT-41) – in the 100 kg weight category;

            The team's coach is college teacher Bazarbaeva Akku Rashidovna.

            Each team member demonstrated not only strength and agility, but also true character, the will to win, and mutual support. Thanks to the unity and perseverance shown by all participants, this academic year has been particularly successful for our college in this sport.
