On February 17, 2026, a dialogue platform on the topic “Culture Begins with You” was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College. The dialogue platform was conducted by Deputy Director for Educational Work Shaikhina G.Zh. together with members of the YAC.

            During the meeting, important topics such as ethics, behavioral culture, personal responsibility, and hygiene were discussed. Students actively participated in the discussion, shared their opinions, and came to the conclusion that culture begins with inner education and manifests itself in the daily actions of each person.
