On February 19, 2026, a round table discussion on “Ethno-social security: theory and practice” was held in the conference hall of CSI “Kogamdyk Kelisim” in Kokshetau, attended by experts, representatives of mediation, law enforcement agencies, and public institutions.
The director of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College, S. Zh. Turarov, delivered a speech in which he emphasized the importance of educating the younger generation and strengthening civic responsibility, noting in particular the important role of the education system in maintaining social stability in society.
During the meeting, participants exchanged views and made proposals on strengthening ethno-social security, preserving social harmony, and preventing social risks. Experts emphasized that such dialogue platforms contribute to strengthening mutual understanding and unity in society.
