On February 20, 2026, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College held a unified curatorial hour on the topic of “Prevention of stalking, respect for personal boundaries.” The event was organized as part of the republican program “Adal Azamat. Adal Enbek” and as part of the implementation of the “Birtutas tárbıe” program.  

            During the curatorial hour with students, issues such as the formation of a culture of respectful communication, the inadmissibility of harassment and violation of personal boundaries, and the importance of adhering to ethical standards of behavior in interpersonal relationships were discussed. Particular attention was paid to developing students' legal literacy, forming skills for safe interaction, and a responsible attitude toward the personal space of others.
