On February 19, 2026, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College held a legal seminar on the topic: “Equal access, quality of education, and the role of teachers in implementing constitutional norms.”
During the event, key provisions of the constitutional right of citizens to education, issues of ensuring equal access to a quality educational process, as well as the professional responsibility of teachers in the implementation of state guarantees in the field of education were discussed.
Particular attention was paid to the role of teaching staff in shaping the legal culture of students, fostering civic responsibility, and upholding the principles of academic integrity. Participants discussed modern approaches to creating an inclusive educational environment aimed at developing the personality of each student, regardless of their social status, individual characteristics, and educational needs.
Holding such events contributes to improving the legal literacy of the teaching staff and strengthening value orientations based on the principles of equality, justice, and accessibility of education.
