On February 18, 2026, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College library hosted an essay contest entitled “Give a Book to a Friend” among students of groups OK-21С and OK-31B.

            The event was aimed at promoting reading, developing creative thinking, and fostering a respectful attitude toward books.

            The winners of the contest were students from the OK-21С group, Alambek Demeu and Khuanbay Amanbol.
