On February 18, 2026, a round table discussion on “The Constitution and Pedagogical Ethics” was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College, organized by the director with the participation of the teaching staff.
During the meeting, the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning human rights, the principles of legality, equality, and respect for human dignity were discussed, as well as their reflection in the professional activities of teachers.
Particular attention was paid to issues of respecting students' rights, fostering a culture of lawfulness in the educational environment, professional responsibility of teachers, and standards of pedagogical ethics in modern conditions.
The roundtable participants discussed practical situations that arise in the educational process and emphasized the importance of teachers setting a personal example in fostering civic awareness and a sense of justice among young people.
The meeting concluded with a note on the need to further strengthen corporate culture and adhere to the principles of fairness, humanism, and legality in daily work.
