On February 11, 2026, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College hosted a presentation of opinions entitled “The Practice of Applying Constitutional Norms in Educational Legal Relations,” dedicated to the 2026 constitutional reform of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

            Teachers Ilyasova S.I. and Madieva G.S. spoke about the key provisions of the reform, and students discussed its significance, asked questions, and expressed their opinions.

            The event contributed to improving students' legal literacy and fostering civic responsibility.
