On February 9, 2026, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College held a dialogue-seminar on the topic “The Current Constitutional Model,” dedicated to issues of constitutional reform in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2026. College faculty and students participated in the event.

            As part of the seminar, a lecture was organized during which law professors Ilyasova S.I. and Madieva G.S. presented the main directions and key provisions of constitutional reform, its goals and significance for the development of the rule of law, the system of public administration, and civil society.

            After the lecture, a dialogue-based discussion took place. Participants asked questions, expressed their own opinions and suggestions, discussed the role of the Constitution in society, as well as the importance of legal culture and civic responsibility among young people.

            The dialogue seminar contributed to improving the legal literacy of teachers and students, developing critical thinking, and forming an informed attitude toward constitutional changes taking place in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
