On February 5, 2026, a meeting with teachers of the Civil Defense Department entitled “The Constitution – a guarantee of stability and development of the state” was held in Building No. 2 of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College, dedicated to the draft Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the functioning of the “e-Otinish” system.

            The event was attended by college teachers and graduates, and there was a high turnout of participants. During the meeting, participants were explained the key provisions of the draft Constitution, as well as the procedure for submitting appeals through the e-Otinish platform. Following the event, many participants noted that they had gained new and useful information and broadened their understanding of constitutional changes and mechanisms for the implementation of civil rights.

            The event contributed to increasing legal literacy and interest in issues of constitutional development and civic participation.
