On February 5, 2026, the HMCDC held an event dedicated to one of the most important topics in modern society - the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and changes to its main provisions.
The event took place in written format: a Russian language and literature teacher conducted a dictation among students in groups RL-12, ChS-12A, PB-12A, DOV-12, IN-12, and OT-12 on the topic “The Constitution - a guarantor of stability,” with the aim of fostering patriotism among young people and developing a respectful attitude toward the state's fundamental document.
The dictation was designed not only to test students' knowledge of the key provisions of the Constitution of Kazakhstan, but also to promote awareness of its role as the fundamental law ensuring stability and order in the country.
The director of the college, S. Zh. Turarov, addressed the students, familiarizing them with the main changes in legislation that guarantee stability in society.
