On December 17, 2025, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College hosted a psychological workshop entitled “Magic Cells,” organized by guest psychologist Gulim Sharipova from the Psychological Support Center of the Akmola Region Education Department.

            The college administration took part in the event, supporting the initiative to strengthen the psychological well-being of the team.

            During the workshop, participants learned effective psychological techniques for working with emotions, performed exercises to develop stress resistance, and took part in a warm, trusting conversation. A special atmosphere was created by a pre-New Year's win-win lottery, which gave participants positive emotions and a festive mood.
