From December 9 to 14, 2025, a training course for young leaders from all over Kazakhstan was held in Astana. The Zhastar Rukhy Youth Wing as part of the national Young Leaders Platform project organized the event.

            The participants were activists and representatives of regional youth associations. The program included training sessions, lectures, and practical classes on leadership development, communication, and project thinking.

            The head of the Zhastar Rukhy Youth Wing at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College, Bimakhan Santasov, took an active part in the training. During the training, he not only improved his professional and leadership skills, but also exchanged experiences with colleagues from other regions of the country and discussed current issues in youth policy development and the implementation of social initiatives.
