On December 4, 2025, the regional contest “Know and Prevent Corruption” was held among college students.

Twenty-two students from educational institutions of the region took part in the event, writing essays on corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan and presenting video clips they had filmed themselves.

Doskhan Omirbek, a first-year student majoring in “Labor Protection” at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College, represented his institution with dignity and won 2nd place.

For his high achievements, the student was awarded a Diploma and a valuable gift, while his supervisor, Gulmayra Yeskendirovna Ibraeva, received a Letter of Appreciation.
