On December 9, 2025, the Civil Defense Department of the HMCDC held an event on the topic of “Improving Team Spirit” as part of Psychology Week, “Psychology – An Amazing World.” The event was conducted by A.F. Kosatova, a psychologist from the Civil Defense Department, who provided support to the students and guided them throughout the event.

            This event was organized with the aim of strengthening unity and cohesion among students, developing mutual support, and forming effective teamwork skills.

            Throughout the day, participants actively took part in team games, exercises aimed at cooperation, and psychological training. Each task was aimed at strengthening trust between team members, coordinated interaction, and achieving common results.
