From November 3 to 5, 2025, the city of Kokshetau hosted the republican regional qualifying competitions in Kazakh wrestling among young people, “Zhas Barys.”

            Students of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College showed decent results, Abuzar Magzhan (group TZ-41A) and Mukhanbetzhanov Zharkyn (group DT-41) won honorable third places in the weight category up to 100 kg.
