In the Akmola region, Miras Toksanbaev, a student at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College, group PB-42A, and his father, Erlan Dyusenbaevich, showed true heroism by rescuing three children during a fire.

            The tragedy occurred in the village of Ulgi in the Birzhan Sal district, where a fire broke out in a residential building. At the time of the fire, there were five children inside. Two managed to get out on their own, but the others were trapped—the flames blocked the exit. Without hesitation, Yerlan and Miras Toksanbayev broke a window and carried three children out of the smoke-filled room.

            Thanks to their courage, determination, and selflessness, three children's lives were saved. The actions of the Toksanbayev family are an example of true courage, nobility, and humanity.
