On October 3, 2025, students of the HMCDC took an active part in a humanitarian mission organized by the Akmola Regional Branch of the Red Crescent Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Humanitarian aid provided by sponsors from Japan was sent to help flood victims and socially vulnerable citizens. College volunteers made a significant contribution to unloading and sorting the aid, demonstrating organization, responsibility, and a willingness to help people in difficult circumstances. The volunteers were: Nurzhao Olzhas (TJ-21B), Bazekov Nariman (TJ-21B), Naukesh Dias (TJ-21V), Abdrakhman Shakhier (TJ-21B).

            The director of the Red Crescent branch, A.A. Waisov, expressed his gratitude to the students for their active participation. Their efforts set an example of true compassion and civic engagement.

            The volunteer movement of students at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College continues to develop actively, covering more and more areas of activity and bringing together caring young people.

            Special attention is paid to supporting elderly people and citizens with disabilities. Volunteers from the Zhaynar club help wheelchair users who find it difficult to get to medical facilities on their own. Students respond to calls to the call center and accompany those in need to the clinic, providing both physical and moral support. It is important that this work is done on a voluntary basis, fostering a sense of responsibility and humanism among young people.
