On September 30, 2025, the Department of Civil Defence at the HMCDC held a competition for the title of “Best Master of Industrial Training.” Its goal was to improve the quality of the educational process, exchange best practices, and stimulate the professional growth of teaching staff.

            Production training masters who demonstrated a high level of methodological training, pedagogical skills, and a creative approach to organizing the educational process attended the competition.

            The winners and prizewinners were determined based on the results of the competition:

• Grand Prix – Lee Mark Evgenievich;
• 1st place – Kayirzhan Arman Serikuly;
• 2nd place – Gabit Angsar Maratuly;
• 3rd place – Anton Sergeevich Melnikov;

            The winner of the competition was awarded the honorary title of “Best Master of Industrial Training of the Department of Civil Defence – 2025” and received a diploma.
