On September 25, 2025, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College hosted a dialogue platform on the topic of “Legal Responsibility for the Sale and Storage of Narcotic Substances.”

            The speaker at the meeting was Lieutenant Colonel R.T. Kursanova, an employee of the Drug Enforcement Administration of the Akmola Region. In an open dialogue, issues of responsibility for the illegal storage and sale of drugs were discussed, as well as the consequences of youth involvement in such offenses.  

            Particular attention was paid to criminal and administrative law provisions, preventive measures, and real-life examples. Students were active participants, asking questions that interested them and receiving important information for making the right decisions in the future.

            Such meetings contribute to the development of legal awareness among young people and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
