On September 16, 2025, an event for first-year students was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College as part of the Adal Azamat program. Teachers from the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines, S.I. Ilyasova and A.E. Makhambetova, together with third-year students, held a discussion on the topic of “Bullying and the prevention of delinquency among adolescents.”

            Students were told about the responsibility for offenses committed by minors and given examples of bullying. At the end of the meeting, participants asked questions that interested them and received detailed answers.
