On September 11, 2025, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defense College held an Open House at the library for first-year students. The event was part of the Reading College project.  

            During the meeting, first-year students familiarized themselves with the library's structure, learned the rules and responsibilities of readers, and how to use the book collection. At the end of the meeting, students registered for library cards and took home works of fiction.
