On May 21, 2025, the regional stage of the K. Bitibayeva Republican Olympiad in Kazakh language and literature was held among college students.

            Rasul Turlybay, a first-year student majoring in “Fire Safety” at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College, honorably represented the college and took the prestigious 2nd place.

            For his excellent performance, he was awarded a diploma, and his mentor, Gulmayra Eskendirovna Ibraeva, received a Letter of Appreciation. The Olympiad contributed to the development of students' creative and intellectual potential.
