On May 19, 2025 at the Higher Multidisciplinary CivilDefence College the final session of the School of Young Educator entitled “Constituents of professional success of an educator” was held.

​During the meeting, the mentors summarized the results of work for the academic year, analyzed the activities of young specialists, noting their achievements and growth areas. Special attention was paid to teamwork - the participants jointly developed mini-projects under the general title “Step of Success” aimed at developing professional competencies and improving the quality of pedagogical activity.
