On May 12, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College and the M. Gabdullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

            This Memorandum was signed in order to strengthen partnerships and improve the quality of training. The document provides for joint work on the implementation of educational programs, exchange of experience, research and improvement of educational and methodological base, which will be an important step in the training of highly qualified personnel.
