On April 3, 2025, at the Department of Civil Defence of the HMCDC for students of groups ChS-32A and ChS-32B was held training. Saule Muratovna Isayeva, psychologist of Akmola branch of ‘Senimen Bolashak’, conducted the event.

            During the training, students discussed important aspects of mental health, learnt to recognise warning signs and received practical recommendations on how to support people in difficult life situations. Special attention was paid to the development of emotional resilience and self-regulation skills.
