From February 24 to March 1, 2025, on the territory of the Sports Complex ‘Kutkarushy’ SPCh-5 Emergency Situations Department of the city of Astana held XXXIII Winter Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among men, XI winter championship among women and IX winter championship among boys and juniors in fire-rescue sport.

The team of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College represented the college with dignity, beating several regions in the team competition.

The competitors demonstrated their skills in such disciplines as:

- ‘Climbing an assault ladder in the window of the training tower’;

- ‘Overcoming a 100-metre obstacle course’.
